Justice League Europe #12
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeThe tagline says it all — "Like Father… Like Son?" — as this March 1990 issue of Justice League Europe presents a wonderfully unsettling image: a massive, mismatched villain in a purple-and-blue costume pushing an old-fashioned baby carriage with quiet, eerie calm. Bart Sears's cover art wrings genuine unease from the contrast between the hulking, gray-skinned figure and the innocent pram he wheels alongside him. With Giffen and Loebs steering the story under the title "Bringing Up Baby," whatever is inside that carriage is clearly going to be anyone's guess — and that's exactly the point.
