This DC New 52 villain month entry puts the Main Man front and center in spectacular fashion — a pale, muscular Lobo hurls himself through an asteroid-strewn cosmos, chains whipping, a massive gun in hand, surrounded by scattered weapons and debris that suggest a very bad day for someone else. Aaron Kuder's cover art crackles with raw, kinetic energy, capturing the character's gleeful ferocity against a deep purple star field. Writer Marguerite Bennett and artists Ben Oliver and Cliff Richards bring "The Last Paycheck" to life inside, making this 2013 issue a genuinely fun showcase for one of DC's most unpredictable cosmic bruisers.
