Part of the "Justice League vs. Suicide Squad" crossover event, this March 2017 tie-in puts the League in genuinely dangerous territory. The cover by Scot Eaton and Wayne Faucher is a striking tableau of threat and struggle — a looming Eclipso dominates the composition alongside other shadowy, corrupted figures, while Wonder Woman fights to restrain a man being lifted off the ground, and a glowing, orb-wielding Starfire radiates power from the background against a Washington, D.C. skyline bathed in ominous light. Tim Seeley's story, brought to life with Gabe Eltaeb's rich, moody colors, promises a chapter where dark forces are very much in control and the League's resolve will be tested.
