Jungle Jim guides a botanical expedition deep into a mist-shrouded valley in search of the legendary Flora-Tamil, a rare flower of immense value—but one of the doctors on the team is a dangerous enemy agent working against them. As the group navigates treacherous terrain and encounters an isolated civilization hidden within the valley, Jim must uncover the saboteur's identity while facing mounting perils at every turn.

When Jungle Jim and Lil return to shore, they discover that the Tamils have captured Kolu and Doctor Winston, staking them out as bait in a deadly trap. Jim must use cunning and quick thinking to mount a daring rescue, but escape from the valley proves far more perilous than anyone anticipated—a harrowing journey downriver that tests every ounce of their survival skills.

Jungle Jim and his party settle in for the night, but their companion Dr. Winston isn't who he claims to be—a Nazi operative sent to infiltrate their mission. When Jim assigns Winston sentry duty, the doctor's true allegiance begins to unravel, forcing a tense confrontation in the darkness that sends Winston fleeing into the jungle with nowhere left to run.
