Jumbo Comics #2 is an anthology featuring multiple stories, including "Spencer Steel" by Dennis Colebrook, in which the detective investigates a criminal named Lucky who plans to disrupt an execution; "Wilton of the West" by Fred Sande, where the titular character pursues the outlaw Bart Lugar but discovers Lugar dead, ultimately receiving a $10,000 reward for bringing the criminal to justice; and "Hunchback of Notre Dame," adapted from Victor Hugo's classic and illustrated by Dick Brisker, depicting Quasimodo rescuing the fair Esmeralda from the villain Jehan and showing mercy toward his enemy while Esmeralda finds happiness. The issue also includes other features such as Bobby, Inspector Dayton, Charlie McCarthy, and Jumbo Jim.
