Jumbo Comics #158
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeThis April 1952 issue of Jumbo Comics puts Sheena, Queen of the Jungle front and center in a cover that crackles with jungle tension — she's perched atop a massive elephant, knife drawn, her leopard-print outfit and blonde hair unmistakable as she looms over a fierce struggle below. A bound man strains against his captors while a red-shirted, bearded figure and a dark-robed adversary clash at the elephant's tusks, setting the stage for the featured story "Gun Trek to Panther Valley." Rounding out the package is a promising backup feature, Space Scouts, making this a fine example of Fiction House's knack for packing pure adventure into a single ten-cent package.
