JSA All-Stars #13
Cyclone takes center stage on Freddie Williams II's striking cover for JSA All-Stars #13, where the red-haired heroine in her distinctive red-and-white striped costume crouches at the bottom of the image, looking visibly alarmed as multiple versions of herself swirl around her — a disorienting ring of duplicates closing in from every direction. A small winged monkey lurks at her side, adding an unsettling fairy-tale edge to the scene. Writer Matthew Sturges and artist Howard Porter continue "Yon Twelve-Winded Sky, Part Two" in this February 2011 issue, and if this cover is any indication, Cyclone's sense of identity is very much under siege.

Roxy determines that the nanites which normally give Cyclone her power took over other women and "re-wrote" them as Maxine for their preservation and hers. In order to restore all to normal, Roxy needs a sample of Maxine's original nanites, the only copies of which are currently living in Maxine's friend Tim. Maxine and the Cy-Clones track down Tim and put Maxine in jeopardy so that the nanites will leave Tim and enter Maxine to protect her. With Roxy's help, the nanites restore the Cy-Clones to their previous state just as the rest of the All-Stars return from their mission in space.
