“The Madman!”

In "The Madman!", a desperate man with a gambling debt hatches a chilling scheme: he convinces his wealthy uncle to take his own life in a way that ensures reincarnation, all so he can claim the inheritance upon the uncle’s rebirth. But when months pass with no word from the estate, the man grows uneasy—only to learn from the lawyer that the uncle’s will left everything to him… if and when he claims it in his next life. Art by Mort Meskin with inks by George Roussos, and a striking cover by Joe Maneely.

A man with a gambling debt convinces his rich uncle to commit suicide in a specific fashion so that he will be reincarnated, but he just wants to get ahold of his money. As time goes by, and he hears nothing about the estate, he questions the lawyer about it only to be told that the uncle's will left the entire estate to the man himself when he claims it in his reincarnated body.
