Astonishing #19

From Atlas Comics' monthly anthology of supernatural chills comes Astonishing #19, November 1952, promising "the most astonishing tales ever told!" Russ Heath's cover pulls no punches: a terrified man recoils beneath a stormy, lightning-cracked sky as a towering green-cloaked specter looms over him with outstretched claws — genuinely unsettling imagery that earns every bit of the "Astonishing Horror, Mystery, and Terror" promised in the sidebar vignettes.
