Joker: Last Laugh #2

The cover by Scott McDaniel and Klaus Janson says it all — the Joker's manic grin dominates the foreground while a chaotic swarm of Jokerized villains, each wearing that same white-faced, green-haired madness, surges outward in every direction alongside bullets, gadgets, and teeth. It's a vivid visual argument for just how far the chaos has spread by issue two of this 2001 DC crossover event. With Chuck Dixon and Scott Beatty steering the story and interior art from Marcos Martín, "Siege Mentality" looks to be exactly as unhinged as that cover promises.
