In "The Tenth Circle, Part Three: The Heart of the Matter," Superman brings Wonder Woman to Crucifer and the Tenth Circle, where Nudge reveals the painful truth: she and Grunt escaped the Doom Patrol only to fall under the Circle’s even more oppressive control. The story deepens as the weight of their pasts and the Circle’s influence begin to unravel.

In "The Tenth Circle, Part Five: Convergence," Vortex makes a desperate move to break Superman free from Crucifer’s grip—only to be captured in turn. As the stakes rise, the Justice League joins forces with the Doom Patrol in a high-stakes alliance to confront the growing threat of the Tenth Circle.

In "The Tenth Circle, Conclusion: Heartbreaker!" from JLA #8 (2016), the Justice League, aided by the Doom Patrol, finally confronts the Tenth Circle—but victory proves fragile. As Faith, Grunt, Nudge, and Vortex depart with the Doom Patrol, they soon realize the vampires' threat may not be fully over.
