Three of the Justice League's finest — Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, and a battered Superman — appear trapped inside a glowing sphere cradled in an enormous, white-haired hand, with the teaser "…Perchance to Dream" hinting at something deeply unsettling at work. Howard Porter and John Dell deliver a striking 1998 cover that makes the World's Greatest Heroes look startlingly small and vulnerable against whatever force holds them captive. Grant Morrison's run on JLA was consistently ambitious, and this issue looks to be no exception.
