Issue eight of Dynamite's mature-readers series finds Jennifer Blood in a striking, graphic-poster style cover by Tim Bradstreet — dark-haired, sunglasses on, pistol leveled directly at the viewer with cool, unsettling precision. The muted teal grid backdrop and splashes of abstract staining give the image an almost clinical edge that suits a character who operates well outside the law. Al Ewing and artist Kewber Baal continue the series inside with "Beautiful People," and if the cover's mood is any indication, the tension is running high.
