As Tony Stark is taken out of action in the Savage Land, he contacts James Rhodes and asks him to take on the Skrull invaders as War Machine. Rhody contacts Suzi Endo and learns that his War Machine armor is immune to the corruption of StarkTech that has taken place all over the world and he may be humanity's last stand against the Secret Invasion. Rhody links up with a space satellite to transform into a giant robot to fight the Skrull fleet.
