Australia is the first continent to fall to the invasion and the Tasmanian Devil is captured. The Spectre is summoned by the Lords of Order and ordered to stay out of the coming battle, and to prevent other mystical heroes from becoming involved. Likewise, Amanda Waller and Max Lord are told to keep their teams in check. The aliens deliver their ultimatum to the United Nations: Earth must surrender all superheroes to the alliance in order to stop the invasion. Perry White is proud to publish the UN's answer on his paper's front page -- Earth to Invaders: Drop Dead!
