As experiments by the Dominator reveal the existence of the meta-gene, they unleash the Blasters—weapons designed to counter Earth’s unique threat—and set off a chain of events that draws alien forces into a coordinated campaign against humanity.

In "Capítulo Dois," Adam Strange finds himself imprisoned alongside other captives of the Spider Guild, bound for a fate of experimentation at the hands of the Psions. Meanwhile, the Omega Men face a deadly ambush in space, caught between the ruthless Durlan and Khund fleets, where the cost of survival is measured in lives lost.

In "Capítulo 3," Earth faces imminent invasion as the alien alliance's massive armada closes in. Adam Strange, newly freed from captivity via his Zeta Beam, is swiftly recaptured by a Khund advance squad—just as Vril Dox works in secret to execute his own escape plan.

In "Capítulo Quatro," Australia falls first to the alien invasion, and the Tasmanian Devil is captured in the chaos. The Spectre is called by the Lords of Order to remain neutral, forbidden from interfering in the battle or allowing other mystical heroes to act. Meanwhile, Amanda Waller and Max Lord are ordered to hold their teams in check as the invaders deliver their ultimatum to the United Nations: surrender all superheroes or face total conquest. When Perry White proudly prints the Earth's defiant response on the front page—“Earth to Invaders: Drop Dead!”—the stage is set for a global confrontation that no one can predict.
