This anthology issue features multiple stories of Native American adventures. "Manzar the White Indian" depicts a renegade leader's attempt to ambush a fort with serpent-laden wagons, thwarted when a woman warns the soldiers of the fire-tar explosives hidden within. "Orphan of the Storm" by Emila Jayne follows a young orphan boy on his first buffalo hunt, where he accidentally triggers a stampede and sacred curse that devastates the tribe's provisions, leading Long Bow to declare the tragedy cannot be undone. The issue also includes "Long Bow, Blackfoot Boy" and features various tales of frontier conflicts and tribal life among Native American characters.
