Milestone Media's Icon soars into issue #11 with a cover by Ron Wilson that puts the red-suited, powerfully built Icon front and center, fist raised as he streaks forward with his young partner Rocket close behind — both figures radiating the kind of purposeful momentum that made this DC/Milestone series something special in 1994.
