Samantha and Wolf track down Ellis and Cassandra. Cassandra shows Samantha and Wolf a different version of the future in order to get them to kill Morningstar. Morningstar arrives with a Hunter-Killer squad and a large battle ensues. Cassandra tells Morningstar that everything he has done to prevent the end of the world has only brought it closer to the brink of destruction.
