“Doctor-7, King of the Supernatural”

In "Doctor-7, King of the Supernatural," Dr. Bruce Gordon awakens to a terrifying transformation after a fateful encounter with a black diamond during a scientific expedition. When a solar eclipse unleashes the malevolent entity Eclipso, the being takes control of Gordon’s body, destroying his life’s work in Solar City. With the help of Professor Bennett, Gordon must uncover the truth behind Eclipso’s power before the supernatural force brings further ruin. Written by Bob Haney and brought to life with striking art by Lee Elias—both inks and pencils on the interior and cover—this 1963 DC tale blends science and the occult in a chilling early exploration of one of DC’s most mysterious entities.
