Mark and Elsa are contacted about strange creatures attacking a nearby town. They walk into town and find no one but giant shadows who fire a shell at them. They're transformed into shadows and transported to another dimension, where they find the missing townspeople. But Mark starts arming himself with weapons. He and Elsa return to Earth, where he uses an alteration lens to return to his actual form of W'Dor, a criminal from the other dimension who switched during the shelling. His people show up to capture him, but an elephant (Mark having also used the alteration lens) immobilizes him.
