House of Secrets #20
In "What Happened to Harry Sanders?", an explorer uncovers ancient cave paintings in Africa that reveal a mysterious ritual: drawing a desired outcome, pressing a damp hand into a gourd of herbs, and placing it on the image—where a green handprint can make it real. But with such power comes danger, and not everyone seeks to use it for good. Howard Purcell handles both pencils and inks for the story, while Bernard Baily provides the eerie cover art. A 10-cent comic from 1959, this issue blends mystery and the supernatural in a chilling, atmospheric tale.

As an explorer is searching caves in Africa, a tremor exposes wall paintings and a gourd filled with herbs. The paintings explain that when a picture of a desired result is drawn, and a damp hand is put in the herbs and then placed on the picture, the green hand print will make it come to pass. Unfortunately there's always someone out there ready to make bad use of these types of powers.
