House of M: Avengers #2
In *House of M: Avengers* #2, writer Christos N. Gage and artist Mike Perkins deliver a tense, character-driven clash as Luke’s Avengers find themselves at odds with the Dragons led by Shang-Chi, their differences in ideology preventing any lasting alliance. As Frank Castle protects his family from mutants in the park, he’s drawn into the Brotherhood’s orbit by Thunderbird, while Misty grows closer to her teammates—only to be handed bullets capable of piercing even Cage’s skin. The fragile peace shatters when the Brotherhood attacks both groups during a skirmish with the Dragons, culminating in Tigra’s death and a devastating moment where Thunderbird orders Misty to shoot Cage.
