Office worker Connie is hired as a roller derby skater and is trained by Don, but she rejects his romantic overtures to concentrate on her career. However, she makes an exception for wealthy Michael: they date and fall in love. Connie later catches Michael with another woman, and he says he was only dating Connie because his father wanted him to be with “down to earth” young women. Connie returns to the the roller derby and to Don, the man she really loves.
