Hellblazer's "Highwater" arc reaches its penultimate chapter with this gritty 2001 Vertigo installment, featuring a Tim Bradstreet cover that fragments its mood across a grid of unsettling close-ups — a weathered older man in dark glasses, interlaced ringed hands, a cool-eyed figure with a cigarette, and two shadowy figures framed against a brick wall, all anchored by a stark crossed-keys emblem.
