Part of DC's 1995 "Underworld Unleashed" crossover event, this issue of Hawkman arrives with a cover that crackles with raw, unhinged energy. Ron Lim and Terry Austin deliver a jarring image of a snarling, bare-chested figure dominating the foreground, while Hawkman — golden-winged helmet gleaming — takes a brutal hit, and a masked yellow-costumed figure looms ominously in the background.
