Haunted #13

This anthology issue features "Two-Gun Crowley," in which the notorious criminal Frank Crowley and his associate Roy Dunninger engage in a violent shootout with police after Crowley kills a woman named Pepper in a jealous rage over a stolen ring. The two men battle fiercely using tear gas before being cornered; both are convicted of murder and executed in the electric chair. A second story, "The Perfect Con," follows con-man John Raddow as he poses as a state highway officer to stop motorists and swindle them, until he is shot and killed by a real officer during a routine traffic stop.
