As the queens pack up to leave, Ivy and her family and friends protest. Harley joins the Joker, wins entrance to Kane Tower, and lets the Joker's gang in. The Joker reveals himself as John Kane, and brags about his plan not to mount a cyber-attack, but to blow up the Tower, the community garden, and much of the neighborhood. At the risk of her life, Harley saves the garden, but is arrested on the spot. John Kane is released to his parents on bail, but the destitute Harley is sent to juvenile detention.
