Hal Jordan and the Green Lantern Corps #3
In "Quest for Hope Part 1: Light in the Darkness," Hal Jordan and the Green Lantern Corps face a pivotal moment as the aftermath of the Yellow Lantern crisis unfolds. With John Stewart planning the next steps, Guy Gardner and Arkillo begin to recover, while Hal and Kyle Rayner share a rare moment of mutual respect. When Ganthet and Sayd task Kyle with reviving the Blue Lantern Corps alongside Saint Walker, an unexpected force disrupts the effort—causing the seven rings of the spectrum to scatter, with the green ring ultimately choosing Kyle once more. Written by Robert Venditti and brought to life with dynamic art by Ethan Van Sciver, this issue marks a defining chapter in the Corps' journey, with cover art by Van Sciver capturing the intensity of the moment.
