Civil War II crashes into the cosmos as this 2016 tie-in issue brings Captain Marvel charging front and center alongside a sprawling assembly of allies across the star-field cover by Arthur Adams. Groot, Drax, Gamora, Star-Lord, Rocket Raccoon, and a sword-wielding Angela fill out the Guardians' ranks, while the Thing, Venom, and a blue-clad figure round out a remarkably packed lineup that signals serious stakes on both sides of the conflict. With Brian Michael Bendis writing and Valerio Schiti on interior art, this is the Guardians' corner of Marvel's 2016 event at its most visually ambitious.
