Grifter charges straight at the viewer on this Ryan Benjamin and Tom McWeeney cover, dual pistols raised and glowing, his red mask and wild blond hair unmistakable against the looming, blue-eyed alien presence that dominates the background. A squad of armored soldiers closes in from the left, making it clear our hero is outnumbered but completely undaunted. Steven T. Seagle's 1995 solo series continues to put Cole Cash in the kind of impossible odds that make Grifter such a compelling figure in the WildStorm corner of the DC universe.
