Jessica's new restaurant job is interrupted by the arrival of Bolphunga The Unrelenting who is looking for a Green Lantern to fight. When Simon joins Jessica, Bolphunga confesses that he needs the Lanterns' help. Bolphunga had been hired by Singularity Jane to kill someone, but when the assigned target turned out to be his father, Bolphunga and his father fled to Earth. Jane is not happy about this and comes to Earth to track them down. Meanwhile on Ungara, Anthene investigates the murder of a member of her crew.
