Green Lantern #8

Two Green Lanterns — Hal Jordan and Sinestro — sprint across gnarled alien terrain as a massive horde surges behind them and a winged, bat-like creature looms ominously overhead, all while the cover bluntly warns they're "Powerless and on the Run!" The sense of desperation is immediate and compelling, with Doug Mahnke's pencils and Mark Irwin's inks capturing both the scale of the pursuing mob and the urgency in our heroes' expressions. Part two of "The Secret of the Indigo Tribe" looks to be a tense chapter in this New 52 run from writer Geoff Johns.
