Gil Kane's pencils and Sid Greene's inks give the cover a bold, dynamic energy that was very much at home on 1968 spinner racks. "Thoroughly Modern Mayhem!" looks like exactly the kind of imaginative, thought-provoking Green Lantern adventure this creative team did so well.
