The lead story, "Shock Gibson," features a character with electrical powers derived from high-voltage electricity who travels to the moon, where he encounters moon people and battles with Shock Gibson in space. The second story, "Death Valley," takes place in a desert setting where characters encounter a talking muleface (a hybrid creature) and navigate various adventures involving desert inhabitants and strange phenomena. A third feature, "Superior Male," depicts an "aces dealer" in New York City who exploits a Superior Male performer as a carnival attraction, staging increasingly dangerous stunts for paying audiences.
