Green Hornet #15
Dynamite's Green Hornet #15 presents a rain-soaked, atmospheric cover by Alex Ross that captures the dual nature of the character beautifully — the costumed Green Hornet, cloak billowing and masked face half-shadowed in the foreground, while a figure in street clothes stands with his back turned against a stormy city skyline, a ghostly masked visage looming overhead. With a story titled "Death and Rebirth," the tension between identity and legacy feels palpable even before you crack the spine. Phil Hester and Jonathan Lau deliver this chapter of Dynamite's noir-tinged take on the masked crimefighter, making issue #15 a compelling entry in the 2011 run.
