Part three of the five-part "Where Angels Fear to Tread" arc arrives with a cover by Rodolfo Damaggio and Bob McLeod that pulls no punches — Green Arrow and three allies collide in a rain-slicked, high-tension brawl beneath a concrete overpass, arrows and fists flying under a yellow-tinged night sky. The four combatants are tangled in mid-action, with blood already on the ground and the tension dialed up to match the story's escalating stakes. Chuck Dixon, Jim Aparo, and Gerry Fernandez bring their sharp, kinetic sensibilities to the interior, making this a satisfying chapter in one of the series' more ambitious multi-part stories.
