Green Arrow #93

The cover by Rick Burchett throws you right into the tension: a hooded, bow-drawn Green Arrow takes aim from behind while a buzz-cut bruiser in the foreground winds up a punch, all as a white-haired gunman blazes away with both pistols in the background — three dangerous figures caught in a single crackling moment. "Triple Threat" is an apt title for this January 1995 issue, and the cover composition makes you feel the chaos from every angle. Chuck Dixon and Jim Aparo were a formidable pair on this title, and issue #93 looks like a fine example of their no-nonsense action storytelling.
