Part nine of the "Cross Roads" arc finds Oliver Queen in full motion — green-costumed and determined, clutching a longbow while multiple arrows streak outward in every direction against a backdrop of crumbling cityscape and dramatic clouds. The cover by Dan Norton and Gerry Fernandez crackles with kinetic energy, the radiating arrows and debris giving the whole composition a satisfying sense of urgency. With Kevin Dooley writing and Michael Netzer on interior art, this 1994 chapter promises a Green Arrow pushed to his limits and fighting through whatever crossroads fate has placed in his path.
