Quaid explains his twisted game to Green Arrow and Shado. He has placed explosive collars on their necks and they have twenty-four hours to search an island for the key to get them off while at the same time they are being hunted like prey by Quaid himself. If they win they go free. If they lose, Quaid will take the dragon tattoo from Shado's dead body and add it to his grisly collection.
