The "Gotham Resistance" crossover reaches its finale here, with a cover by Stjepan Šejić that sets the stakes immediately: Green Arrow stands bow-drawn, his back to us, facing a corrupted Robin figure looming above him while grotesque, dark-cloaked archers and monstrous creatures close in from every side. The promise to "Witness the Wrath of the Batman Who Laughs" makes clear this Dark Nights: Metal tie-in is pushing Oliver Queen into some of the darkest territory of his DC Rebirth run. Written by Benjamin Percy and Joshua Williamson with interior art by Juan Ferreyra, it's a compelling chapter where Gotham's nightmare has clearly spread far beyond Batman's city.
