Ollie returns to Seattle, now known as Star City, and is reunited with Dinah. The Ninth Circle is unhappy that their nationwide plans have failed with the destruction of their spy satellite, and hold Moira Queen and Broderick responsible. Dante recruits Shado to kill Moira and Broderick. Ollie still faces trial for the murder of Wendy Poole, as even though Wendy was found alive and rescued by Dinah and Emi, she fears for her life from the Ninth Circle if they find out she is alive, so Ollie agrees to keep her secret even though it means he must stand trial for her murder.
