The red-and-cream striped villain looms large against a dizzying spiral of yellow-green, his third-eye emblem gleaming on his forehead, while a diminutive Green Arrow is caught helplessly in his grip. Marcelo Maiolo's queasy, hallucinogenic color palette perfectly captures Vertigo's disorienting power, making this one of the more visually arresting entries in the entire Villains Month lineup.
