Gotham City Garage #3 arrives in January 2018 with a striking cover by Rafael Grampá that sets a tense, atmospheric tone — a fierce young woman in goggles and a red dress strides forward alongside a snarling, chained wolf, while a looming Batman-like figure towers behind them in a sweeping cape.
