Gotham by Midnight #4

Gotham by Midnight #4 arrives in April 2015 with a cover that commands attention — a suited man blazes at the center, crackling blue lightning tearing through him while a pulsing, grotesque heart-like mass churns at his core, all set against Gotham's dark skyline. A robed figure watches from the lower left as a snarling supernatural face emerges from the energy on the right, and the tagline "The Spectre Reborn!" leaves no doubt that something enormous is unfolding.
