"Go-Go" #7 features "Return to Peculiar Place," a story about a young woman who discovers a magical wand that grants her superhero abilities, transforming her into "Supergirl." After using the wand to defeat villains and perform various feats, she encounters complications when others attempt to use the wand's power. The narrative shifts to follow Maxie, a show business figure whose greatest publicity stunt—involving sharks, a portable radio, and flying—becomes so successful that reporters disappear trying to cover it, ultimately leading to plans for an even bigger beach movie production on the moon.
