In "Saknad. . . en man av stål! Kapitel ett Hela världen är en scen. . .", Stålmannen is kidnapped by Sirkianer to face the tyrant Despero, thrust into a battle where he must rely on robot copies of Lagens väktare for support. The story unfolds across a world where every stage is a battleground, and one man’s strength becomes the key to resistance.
In "Kapitel två Även hjältar faller. . .", Stålmannen is captured by Sirkianer who believe he's their only hope to stop the tyrant Despero. With the help of robotic copies of Lagens väktare, he must rise to the challenge—though even heroes have limits.
In "Kapitel tre Den okände fienden. . .", Despero and Lagens Väktare are dragged into a brutal arena by the alien Krillen Albon and Nordon, who seek entertainment through combat. Forced to fight in a deadly spectacle, the two are separated—Despero captured, while Lagens Väktare escapes back to their world, leaving Albon and Nordon to learn the hard way what it means to truly fight.
In "Kapitel fyra Striden utan slut. . .", Lagens Väktare and Despero are dragged into a battle world by the Krillen Albon and Nordon, who seek entertainment. Forced to fight, the two adversaries clash in a brutal arena—until Despero is captured, and Lagens Väktare returns home, leaving Albon and Nordon with a new understanding of combat.
In "Vad kan en superhjälte göra?", Gröna lyktan finds her sense of justice tested when Gröna pilen reawakens her belief in ordinary people. With the Universums väktare growing disillusioned, they send a representative to Earth to witness the truth of humanity firsthand—setting the stage for a story that explores faith, duty, and what it means to believe in others.
