The Midnight Sons meet up at Cypress Hills Cemetery in the hope of having the final battle with Zarathos and The Fallen. Before they can enter the mausoleum all but Ghost Rider, Blaze, Vengeance and Captain Stacy Dolan are trapped above ground. The three spirits of vengeance release Caretaker before Zarathos arrives. He transports Ghost Rider (and Stacy Dolan by mistake) to Glastonbury, England. Zarathos hopes to get help from the Ghost Rider with his missing memories. They battle and Zarathos destroys Ghost Rider. The rest of the Midnight Sons show up for the final battle.
