The headline says it all — Ghost Rider vs. Johnny Blaze — and Bob Budiansky and Bob Wiacek's cover delivers on that promise with a fiery skull-headed Ghost Rider squaring off aggressively against a blue-suited Johnny Blaze beside a blazing motorcycle, the night sky glowing an ominous purple behind them. The taunting speech bubble ("Now it's YOUR turn, mortal — get ready to taste HELL!") makes it clear these two are not on friendly terms this April 1980 issue.
