“Shifter Part 2”

In "Shifter Part 2," Ghost and King Tiger confront a growing threat in Las Vegas, where ancient demonic forces seem to be breaking through. As Tiger recounts the tale of his past battle with the demon Szothstromael, the duo investigates a weakening dimensional seal tied to the nearby Vortex complex—only to be ambushed by the mysterious Lance and Lucy. Written by Chris Warner and Mike Kennedy, with bold artwork by Christian Zanier and dynamic inks by Steve Moncuse, the issue blends supernatural dread with tense action. The cover, a striking collaboration by Christian Zanier and Ashley Gillick, captures the eerie intensity of the story’s unfolding mystery.

King Tiger tells Ghost the story of how he banished the demon Szothstromael to another dimension and he believes the creatures they are currently chasing through Vegas are his human-demon hybrid children. Ghost and Tiger head out to the banishing place to check the seals on the dimensional trap and discover that the nearby Vortex complex is putting out energies that are weakening the dimensional barrier. When they are attacked by Lance and Lucy, Ghost stands and fights but Tiger runs away.
